Mach Licensing Questions

#1276

I recall having heard that the Mach licensing agreement from CMU
involves having to give any changes back to CMU within 18 months.

Can anyone confirm this? If so, does anyone know what companies such
as NeXT and Encore have done?

Thanks in advance,
Rob.
