I would like to announce the Release of Pegif version 1.921024. I
have uploaded it to ftp.cica.indiana.edu in the directory
pub/pc/win3/uploads. The newest version was uploaded as pegif.zip. I
requested the People who maintain Cica to replace the version with
this version. The file has previously been called pegif.zoo. See a
brief description below -

What is it?

Pegif is a Desktop Menu program I am developing for Windows
3.1 (do know not if it will work with earlier versions). It is
freeware. The Current release is version 1.921024. Pegif will Popup
a user configurable desktop Menu by Pressing a Mouse button on the
Windows Desktop (by default with the Right Mouse Button). You can
assign the Menu to the Left, Middle or Right Mouse Button. Pegif has
a *VERY* basic Menu Editor (Something I hope to improve in future).
It has some built in functions you can assign to its Menu. After you
have pegif setup the way you wish you can have pegif run with it's
icon hidden (see pegif's Help file under Setup). You should read the
Online Help for a full description.

Below is the list of files in pegif.zip -

pegif.exe	- the program.
pegif.hlp	- the help file.
pegif.ini	- an example initialization file.
pegif.new	- Revision History
pegif.bug - bug list
pegif.txt	- Short info file about pegif.
pegifsrc.zip - ZIPed file of Pegif's source code
