A few days ago, I posted a problem with Crosstalk/Windows 2.2. I found that I could no longer connect at 14,400 baud to Unix hosts and BBS's that have supported this data rate for years. I found a solution! In the menu Settings/Connection.../Connection, there is a fill-in field called Speed(Baud). I had this field set to 115200 (the highest speed). I changed this setting to 57600 and that fixed the problem. Specifically, I can now connect at speeds of 14,400 baud. I still don't know why this fix is necessary with version 2.2. But now I'm happy with the software. -- David Arnstein arnstein@netcom.com -- David Arnstein arnstein@netcom.com
