I do a lot of beta testing and this would definitely upgrade by productivity... Is there a program, no hardware added, that will monitor the COM1- COM4 (LPT1-LPT4??) ports in real time, display/log, flag on condition, start log on condition, etc? THANKS!!! -- t e sterkel . I don't know of a program as you describe but will be happy to share what I sue for this purpose. The product is called Serialtest, it requires a second PC with 2 serial ports. Available from Frontline Test Equ., Wheaton, IL, 708-653-8570 for around $150. It is a DOS application. -blh
