Help!

I need a translator that will take either TeX or LATex as input and output
a Microsoft word file (mac or windows).  It is very important that the
output file has full equations, etc.

We have quite a few files in both TeX and LATex that have to be translated
really soon, so any help, ftp locations, or URLs would be appreciated.
Please respond by email, if possible.
