I wish you luck. I posted a similar problem last year and despite dozens of
tips never could get into that sucker. Some things you might try (from other
succesful experiences) are to go out to dos prompt and copy the file
elsewhere, try opening it from the old file manager or use the cacls command
to wipe out all file ownership permissions. I assume you have tried to take
ownership of the file as admin?
