Hey Anthony! First, I'm sick of all those "idiots" who try and
persuade people on what operating sys to use! Secondly, I just
purchased a DX2 66 VESA board with 256 K cache, 8 MB RAM, Diamond
Stealth 64 2mb DRAM, W. Digital 730 10ms drive, and a Bus Logic
VESA caching controller. The performance is absolutely
wonderful!!! I have a friend with Pentium 60 who says that for
basic Windows/Word/Excel/Access operations, a Pentium isn't much
better! If you do a lot of graphics and such, you might want to
think about a DX4 or Pentium. But the main thing that keeps my
DX2 running faster than hell is that caching controller. Right now
its got 4 MB of cache ram and it flies!! But if you get a
Pentium, make sure its got a PCI bus, not VESA. I bought my stuff
from TC Computers (800-723-9501) and they have very good prices!

Good luck!
