Good editor for Windows

I've had to start using Windows NT at work (groan) and I'm on the lookout
for a good editor. Does anybody know of a Windows version of VI. I wouldn't
mind one that had a few menus (FileOpen dialog would be nice). But it should
have the real command line of VI so I can get some real editing done. :-)

I could use a DOS VI in a DOS box, but it would be nice to have things like
window re-sizing that only come with a Windows window (or xterm under Unix).
I'm sure good things could be done with VI under Windows.

Cheers.

You could try looking in the Text Editor Compendium web page:
  http://coopext.cahe.wsu.edu/~bsyse/faculty/rnelson/editors/editors.htm

This lists a lot of text editors and their features. You should also
check out the numerous editor sections of the shareware sites:
  http://www.winsite.com
  http://garbo.uwasa.fi
  http://www.coast.net
  http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/
  http://www.windows95.com

Or post a message to comp.editors news group.

I would suggest Zeus as a very good editor but it only emulates Brief,
Emacs, Epsilon and WordStar. Unfortunately it has no VI emulation :(

PS: Say hello to my brother. I think he also works for SCITEC :)
