When I try to UNDELETE a file in Smarterase 2.0 in Norton's Desktop
For Windows 2.0, I get the following message:-

"Exit windows and run the MS-DOS version of this utility. 
Interrupt 26 (Direct Sector Write) blocked to preserve volume
integrity"

follwed by........

"Low-level disk I/O error drung recovery of <filename>
(write-protected disk?)"

Why can't I unease a file in Windows and why is the above arror
happening?

How do I config. the software to enable it to work?

Any help appreciated!
