Video timing information in the registry?

I am trying to decifer some information stored in the registry related to
video timing. Namely,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\Display\0001
\DEFAULT\TIMINGS

Under this key (...\TIMINGS) each of the supported video modes are listed.
Each mode
has under it data which I cannot interpret. I am hoping that it is
information on horizontal and vertical timing specs. Is it? If it is, how do
I interpret it?

Thanks,

Chris
