Help with Jumpers on DEC 8 bit "DIP5" DEPCA Network Card
#123

I have a full length DEC DEPCA Card which a friend has kindly given me
as it supports a DEC bus Mouse I have. It's an 8 bit card with rather
a lot of jumpers labelled:

W1 through W17

I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me how to use these to
configure the IRQ, I/O etc of the card.

(If anyone knows what the DIP switches etc of the Matrox Impression 3MB
ISA Video card are, I need those too.).
