I have:

	Netware 3.11 network
        Windows for Workgroups3.11
	Running Rprinter
        
Situation: A. When I send a print job from Windows to any printer
              on the network nothing happens.  I use Pconsole to 
              check the status and it says it is printing, but it
              is not.

           B.  When a workstation runing RPRINTER is runing a DOS
               program from Windows and another station sends a 
               printjob to that workstation than Windows reports 
               a device conflict and tells me to exit the program.

 
            Any help with either of these situations would be very
            much appreciated.
