I just installed a new 3Com NIC (3CSOHO100-TX) and now every time Windows 98se loads, I'm prompted to enter a password. I don't... I just hit "OK" and Windows just goes ahead and loads, but is there any way to put this annoying child to sleep? Thanks, CK ../.. //

In Control Panel Network, change network logon to Windows Logon from Client for Microsoft Networks. Your passowrd also has to be blank, which if I read what you said correctly it is.
