We are setting up a network based upon Lan Manager 2.2.2 for SCO Unix with client stations running Windows for WorkGroups 3.11. One item we are coping with right now is how to setup file replication. Our goal is to have files that are changed on a user's C: drive be replicated on the Lan Manager server so that the Unix host can include them in the nightly backup. We have gone through all references to file replication in the SCO manuals and have setup the server's lanman.ini file according to the instructions. However we can find no reference as to how one configures the Windows for WorkGroup end. Has anyone worked with file replication under our scenario and gotten it to work? If so, we would appreciate any advice that can be provided (or possibly direct me to someone who knows of this). Thank-you to all who can respond. -- Garrett MacAskill - The Westrheim Group - Vancouver, BC, Canada ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ uunet!twg!garrett (604) 431-9600 (voice) | Your Computer garrett@twg.bc.ca (604) 430-4329 (fax) | Systems Partner
