Actually service pack 3 is out, but if you just want one particular
file (by any chance) then SP1 will do and save you some download costs.
I believe that the cover disk version of NY server includes all the fixes
from SP2.

Though if you intend to load the Win95 style newshell (make sure you
get the later version) then its advised that you install at least
SP2.
