Each day in same time I receive the following error

Event ID 1008
Source Perflib

The Open Procedure for service "ContentFilter" in DLL "QPerf.dll" failed.
Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code
returned is DWORD 0.

Technet say nothing about it
May be somebody know what does it mean ?
