I have 3 new Celebris machines, each with a single, 4GB SCSI hard-disk. I don't recall the exact model #, but this is the one with built in SCSI (Adaptec, if I'm not mistaken), Ethernet, sound and CD-ROM. After (successfully) instaling NT 3.5.1, on rebooting the machines I consistently get a "blue-screen" NT crash, wherein it says that it can't access the boot device. Any ideas as to what might be going wrong? Mike

I would suggest you call Digital technical support at 800-354-9000. You have a three-year warranty on these systems with free support. -- Steve Lionel Mail: lionel@quark.enet.dec.com DEC Fortran Development WWW: http://www.digital.com/info/slionel.html Digital Equipment Corporation CompuServe: 75263,3001 110 Spit Brook Road, ZKO2-3/N30 Nashua, NH 03062-2698 "Free advice is worth every cent" For information on DEC Fortran 90, see http://www.digital.com/info/hpc/f90/

Is your CD-Rom possibly not SCSI, but NT setup is told (by itself or by you) that this is the case??? We had this problem. We then setup without CD-ROM auto-configured while setting up, and then added the drivers later. That worked fine. I hope this helps. Pauwl
