NT & WP8 Printing via Print Share - Corrected e-mail address

Background -NT Wrkst 4.0 SP3, WP8 SP4, HP LJ 4SI, latest HP drivers have been
installed, and using Truetype Fonts.
I search through the archives on this one and still have not found a solution.
Documents viewed in WP8 does not display properly or print correctly for
regular Domain user via print shares. The behavior we see is words going
past the right margin or type that look like it is compressed. I think this
problem does not happen on the workstation that is acting as the Print share.
This problem does not occur for administrator.
Permissions on the hard drives for the owner of the PC is F.C. and for
everyone it is RWXD. The permissions on C:\winnt\pfp80jcm.{pb and
c:\winnt\pfp80jpr.{pb are the same (System, Owner = F.C. and EVERYONE = rwxd)
