Is it possible to network an NT machine (Formatted in Fat16 not NTFS) with a
Windows ME machine formatted in Fat32
Any help on this subject would be much appreciated

Thanks

Over a LAN, it doesn't mater whether it's NTFS, FAT32 or even FAT16. It's
only locally (ie two hard drives formatted differently) where the problem
occurs.

not a problem.... file formats are OS related....

by the time the data hits the network card.. it has been transformed into a
completley different signal.... which is standard across all operating
systems.... so it doesnt matter what format your disks are in....

Thanks,
Nathan
