I've got Windows NT 4.0 with service pack 3.0,
and for many many application I run, i've got first a popup box showing
"Cannot find NETWORK.DRV".
I just click "ok" and the application run , normally (it seems to).

Any idea ?

Ok - you have to know - everery time you've installed a new
software/hardware and you must boot because of new system files or drivers
you have to install sp3 again!!!!!

I have asked this question twice before w/o much response.   Basically
the only problem that missing this file seems to cause is when you try
to install a program from one drive (say you download netscape to
drive C:) to another drive (destination drive is D:), then NT will
always have an installation error.   
I have been trying to re-create this file or get a copy of it w/o
success.
