I have a dial up for demon, obviously.

Double clicking it from the desk top dails up immediately, without further
prompts.

From the Mail program, if I click on Send and Receive, I get a prompt which
need clicking yes,.

This stops me from setting up an hourly automatic check for mail.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
