G'day.  I know Diamond's Stealth64 cards are supported under NT4 and I have
gotten mine to work without any problems.  I am wondering however if anyone
knowa if the panning and different desktop/viewport features (that I have 
gotten used to in Win31/Win95) is also possible under NT4.  If so, how
can I enable it?  Are there 3rd party software that can achieve the same
thing?  Thanks in advance for any leads/info.
