I just reinstalled NT 3.51 due to a failure to boot (corrupted files?) and
now my Motorola Lifestyle 28.8 modem fails to redial when the line is
busy.  This happens about 95% of the time ... now and then it will
recognize the BUSY, but only after ringing for 5-10 times.  I installed
service pack 3, but no change.

Is this a known problem with NT RAS, or is there a modem setting or
modem.inf change that might alleviate this nagging problem.  Since one of
the ISPs I use is always busy in the evening I'd sure like to get this
working again.  BTW, my modem has ROM Rev 2 firmware.  Thanks.
