I Need a NTFS Reporting Tool

I am looking for what I think would be a simple NTFS reporting tool.

Here is my problem:
I have a directory or files that have NTFS permissions set on them.
I have to use windows NT explorer, right click on the file or directory and
get a list of users and local groups that have permissions. I then have to
go
to user manager and see what users or global groups are in that local group.
I then have to research each of the global groups. I wish I had a tool that
I
could point to a directory or file and it would tell me each of the users
and
groups but also list each user that belonged to each group.

Example:

INSTEAD OF:
C:\directory
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Local_Server\Administrator Full Control
Local_Server\Local_Group1 Full Control
Local_Server\Local_Group2 Read

I WOULD LIKE THIS:
C:\directory
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Local_Server\Administrator Full Control
Local_Server\Local_Group1 Full Control
     Local_Server\User_A
     Local_Server\User_B
     Domain\Global_GroupA
          Domain_A\User1
          Domain_A\User2
          Domain_A\User3
          Domain_B\User1
     Domain\Global_GroupB
          Domain_A\User5
          Domain_A\User6
Local_Server\Local_Group2 Read
     Domain\Global_GroupC
     Domain_A\User9
     Domain_B\User2

I hope this makes since to you. If you know of any tools that do this sort
of thing please email me. Thanks!

This util will dump the permissions of an NTFS file system as well as the
registry's [permissions].

Hope this helps.
