My problem is that i was fiddling w/my Start Menu Groups and some how i
goofed them up really bad.  I included a BMP so that you could see what i
mean, anybody know how to fix this?  I'm stumped i've spent over two hours
fiddling around with NT Workstation 4.0.

I think that you have put a Programs File in the WINNT\Profiles\All
Users\Start Menu.  This would be a folder.  Just go into that area and
delete it. 

You can get there quickly by right clicking on the 'Start' button of the
task bar and clicking Explore All Users.
