netware compatible shell

We used to NetWare for a while, but now we have move to NT 4.0.

The problem is that has a user login this message appears " The
NetWare-compatible shell is not available, contact your network
administrator" (click ok )

Has NetWare left a file or some thing in win95 register, which looks for
this shell - and if so, could anyone help me to remove or find this fault.

Many thank

Tony

Sounds like you might have some ODI drivers in your
config.sys/autoexec.bat.

Do you have NETX.EXE called in autoexec.bat? If so remove it and load
native Win95 drivers.

Also, demon.ip.support.nt is not for general support issues.

The DOS ver just requires (as TFL says) removing stuff from
config.sys/autoexec.bt

However...

If you are using Client32, then it makes a right mess of your registry etc..
the program you need is UNC32 (uninstaller for client32) - best program
Novell ever made IMO... if you cant find it.. email me, and I will send it
(around 200k).

HTH.
