Hello guys !

I've the following problem. I'm doing my application's uninstall program and
in order to clean up correctly the computer my application was installed on,
I would like to remove the shortcuts I've created in the Start Menu.
(To create my shortcuts, I used the IShellLink & IPersistFile interfaces)

Basically I used to locate the special folder for StartMenu\Programs with
the SHGetSpecialFolderLocation function and then I add the name of my
Program Folder and finally I remove the shortcut file (MyApplication.LNK for
example). Unfortunately it removes correctly the .LNK file but when I go
accross my start menu again, the shortcut still appear to be here. Of
course,
when I click on it, Windows tells me there's an error but the shortcut
remains
to be in my start menu until I close Explorer.exe.

Has anybody got a clue about how to tell the shell I've removed the .LNK
file,
or about how to remove a shortcut using Shell APIs.
