A friend of mine would like to remap the ',' key of the numeric pad of
his german keyboard to a decimal digit '.'  As far as I know this is
easy with DOS using ANSI.SYS sequences but I don't know how to do this
with Windows. The remapped key should be available within Lotus 1-2-3.


If you have any suggestions on how to do this or know of a driver/tool
that provides for this behaviour your input would be appreciated.
