BC++4.5 and Interrupt

In Borland C++ 3.1, one passes an ordered sequence
of register variables as parameters of an interrupt
handler when defining the latter to make the register
values accessible within the interrupt handler.

When one uses BC++4.5, how are the values of the
registers made accessible to an interrupt handler ?
(It doesn't work in the way as with BC++3.1.)

The programmer's guide of BC++4.5 does not
make it clear.

I would very much appreciate helping hints.
