All our existing projects use RCS. We were developing embedded
software under OS/2 using Emacs. Our new development enviroment is
Windows NT but the Emacs port for NT is not as good as the OS/2 port.

Is there an NT editor available that recognises RCS files. The nice
thing about emacs is that you can use hooks and macros to customise
it. I want the editor to write protect files locked out by other
people. I don't mind writing the macros if needed.

Thanks in advance
Mike
