Hi!

    I'm trying to write an application either in Visual Basic or Visual
C++ which involves animation of bitmaps. For this I've managed to use
the picture box control in VB to accomplish most tasks. However, now
I've reached the point where I need to be able to rotate the bitmap
image in the plane of the screen ... for which I'm stumped.

    If anyone has some suggestions/tips/examples for rotating bitmaps
either in VB or VC++ I'd really apprciate it.
