There's a great new program out there called "All Digital Library" and it's used to store all types of files into one encrypted, password protected library file so you can hide stuff from anyone. It has a built-in previewer for pictures, movies, and sound files. You can build a library up to a Gigabyte in size and share it on a network, having up to 255 simultaneous users sharing the same library file. Great search features too. For security, when you exit the program, it automatically erases all traces of any files that you've extracted from the library. Is that perfect for multimedia collectors or what? You can get a free copy at: http://www.latshaw.net/software

sounds good. Its a shame its WIN only- my shop and everyone I have ever
worked at is Mac based. We could really use a database of this sort
