Lars,

Forget it, you will never figure it out.  Wait a few days and watch
this group for the announcement of the online manual set for NetWare
4.02.  The manuals have the same content as the online (and printed)
NetWare 4.0/4.01 manuals, but they have been recompiled for DynaText
2.2, which is much better and easier to manage than ElectroText (based
on DynaTExt 1.5).  You will be able to download the whole set in all
five languages by FTP.  We should have it out on ftp.novell.com by the
end of next week at the latest and mirrored to ftp.novell.de not too
long after that.
