Tracert and types of media that the results might indicate.

Between your computer and another url there is a variety of transmission
media used to transmit the data. This might include a copper wire from your
PC to a modem, twisted copper wire from your modem to the telephone system
(or perhaps you have a cable modem that uses coax wire), and a variety of
media to connect the multiple devices encountered enroute to the SLN.

Traceroute and ping provide some insight into the route a packet takes from
your PC to the other URL but does not provide sufficient details about
equipment and media used. You will need to take an educated guess about
which media types might be used.

Could anyone help me out with this question.

Thanx Eric
