I need to write a windows program that will display time. I have thought
about the problem, I don't think I should be using time, or clock or
biostime since I'll be polling the CPU all the time.

I think what I need is the windows to automatically acknowledge the
program after every 1 minute so the program can increment the time
only after 1 min, instead of keeps checking the time every clock tick.

And I don't still don't know a lot about windows progamming. So, your
reply is greatly appreciated. Don't need to write the program for me,
just tell me what class/function I should be aware of that provide
such routine.

Once again, thanx.

Hey.. thats easy.. just set up a timer call back to kick you over
every minute. Check into the TWindow:SetTimer function.. and
follow the links. (I am assumin you are using OWL of course :)

Never give up!

Read the documentation about the windows timer functions.
You can setup a timer which calls your program every minute.
