So, I'm defecting from the Macintosh. I had some software that ran on
the Mac that would allow you to visually prototype a user interface
by moving around windows, constructing dialog boxes, etc. Then, when
you are done with that, you can click on a button and the program would
generate code for the interface. Then you added the specific routines
you needed to finish the application.

I would like something like this for DOS/Windows, and it would also be
a nicety if the code could port to the X11/Motif and Macintosh
  environments.

If you have and use a tool like this for DOS/Windows, would you mind
sending me some e-mail about it?

  Thanks!
