I recently installed the Developer Network Pre-release CD under
Windows 3.1.  The setup of the viewer did not pose any problems.
However,  I can't seem to launch 'viewer' from its icon in the
corresponding group.  I can execute viewer from the DOS command
line; it will bring up Win 3.1 and itself without any problems.
I checked & re-checked the properties dialog box for the viewer
icon; there is no problem there that I can.

Has anyone seen this type of a problem?  Any help would be appreciated.
