help with borland c++ and module files

Although I am familiar with both c++ and windows programming, this
is the first time that I have been using both together.  Consequently, 
I am haveing some problems linking a windows c++ file.  After linking
I get the warning:

Attempt to export non-public symbol WNDPROC

I have tried all of the suggestions in the help for this error, with 
no luck.  Any Suggestions.
