Problem with Turbo C++ Res. Workshop

Hi,

I have Turbo C++ for windows which comes with the Resources
workshop tool. When I load in the example .rc file steps.rc
from the owl examples stuff resources workshop compiles it
just fine. But if I make any modification that results in a file
it doesn't like I get the error 742 -- can't open windows.h.

In fact any rc file I write that leads off with this include
#include <windows.h> will work ok if it is very simple and
correct, but if there is an error, then even if I fix it so
the file is completely correct, I still get old 742.

I have set the directories option just fine in file preferences
and even start the program with the -i option that loads in
the proper include directories. Its just that syntax errors totally
unrelated to the include file generates this error that is impossible
to get rid of (except by removing the include).

I'd appreciate any feed back. Please mail to
frazier@hawk.cs.ukans.edu.

Thanks a lot.

George
