Hi all. Would anybody know if the source code from the excellent
book by Paul Dilascia, Windows++, is available via FTP anywhere?
The author wants $25 US for the source disk, which is not excessive
but once you factor in the exchange rate, canadian postal rate,
bank fees for the money order, it adds up pretty quick.
