Does anyone know how to write a short program in "C" to simulate <alt>Enter?  I 
would like to execute this under windows.   I can write a program which stuffs
<alt>enter into the keyboard buffer, but windows doesn't seem to see it.

Also,  using the API, how can one change the window running a dos program from
Full screen  to windowized ?
