VB 2.0 Question...

I'm a C++ programmer, and not familiar with VB at all. I am thinking of
speeding up development by writing DLL's and using VB as a front-end for
now..
Does anybody know how easy it is to implement full object drag and drop
under Visual Basic 2.0? I just don't mean moving an icon around, I mean
actually sensing that one icon was dropped onto another.. with similar
features
& cababilities of the OS/2 PM? Is this possible?? If it is, would speed
be a problem under VB?

Thanks..
