	Sorry if this is a FAQ, but what do folks do for a real make
for DOS/Windows development?

	Nmake is included with MSC, but it is lacking here and there.
Gnu make would be ideal if there was a DOS port, but the only one
I've found crashes (GNUISH stuff:  Funny, and it *used to* work).

	Please email responses and I will post a summary upon request
if there is sufficient interest.
