MsgHook - why always called twice ?

Why is my MsgHook always called twice with apparently the same messages ?
(WN_KEYDOWN, WM_CHAR and probably all others as well)

I get this problem under 3.11, Win95, and WinNT.

I am using a 16-bit DLL from Authorware in case it matters.
I am sure I have only installed the MsgHook once.
I install it by:

hMyHook = SetWindowsHook( WH_GETMESSAGE, gHProc );
where gHProc is the result of a MakeProcInstance();

Win95 - Where do you want to go today ? Well, not to a 2 year late OS
Only DOS is worse than Win95.

I just found out in the MS knowledge base.
I have to look at the wParam, and only react when it is PM_REMOVE
