Can anyone help with this little teaser.

Apricot xen-ls386sx  3meg ram  wfwg 3.11  dos 6.2

Not sure if this is a windows or dos problem, or both?

Just upgraded to 3.11 from 3.1 (brand new full copy, not upgrade version)
The problem is that when ever I try to execute a dos application from 
Programme Manager, or File Manager (either double clicking on an icon or 
file,  from the drop down menu's, or from the run box) I get an application 
error warning. It say's Dos error 11. It occurs with each and every dos 
application I have including the MS-promt icon. They all work from the normal 
c:\> so it's not a problem with the actual dos application. The PIF's seem fine 
as well, they haven't changed since ver 3.1. 

1. Does anyone know what Dos error 11 means?
2. Does anyone know of a way to resolve the problem?
