Go to control panel\passwords\user profiles and check "all users of this pc use the same...". Next time u boot up, enter nothing and click ok, click ok again to confirm. If this doesn't help, delete *.pwl file in windows folder, reboot, enter name in name field, leave password field blank, click ok, click ok again to confirm. Go into your Control Panel, open the Passwords applet, click on the User Profiles tab, and click on the "all users have same profile" button. Then close Win95, and either the next time you start Win95 or the *time after that* you will no longer have to log on anymore. If it requires the one more logon from you, of course, do it without entering a password again, as you have been. ...eliot (emg@who.net; http://world.std.com/~emg) "Some days, I just smile and go home." --Grace Slick 9/4/97 12:28:39 PM
