Start - Settings - Control Panel === Doesn't work!!

 Hmmm,....Somehow I managed to screw up the association of the Control Panel
from the Start menu.  I get the following message,...

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action.  Create an association in My Computer by clicking View and then
clicking Options."

Well,...I really don't know what kind of association to create.  PLus the
.cpl association is still there.  In all I can't access the control panel
(or the Printers) from the Start menu.  I still can get them from My
Computer.

Oh well,...Any ideas????
