I've just acquired a Mouse Systems serial optical mouse, just like the 
ones on Sun workstations. 

I have a slight problem in Win 3.1, the thing moves the pointer too slowly, 
i.e the scaling factor is too low. It's a real pain having to make several 
"swipes" just to cross the screen.

Any suggestions how to fix this or where to get an updated mouse 
driver?

NB I have set the mouse to its fastest setting from "Control Panel"
