Hi

I Have been running Win95 up to build 501 and now want to reinstall
DOS v6.22. However when I startup the computer with the original DOS
install disk I am being told that I have already got an operating
system set up on the computer and the install halts!. Can anybody
help Me? I don`t want to format the hard drive as I have important
data on it, and dont have enough disks to do a back up.

PS I dont have the uninstall files for windows / win95 !!!

Thanks in Advance

I have not been able to completely delete it in any other way but a format.
Tried renaming the hidden system files and all to no avail.
