I have been asked to evaluate different archive systems for PCs.  Does
anyone have any experience with MKS RCS?  I have the following specific
questions:

Are the files compatible with GNU RCS?  If so, which version?

Does it support binary files well?

Dow does it handle multiple users?  How many can it handle effectively?
